These terms govern Dilemma Party.

Dilemma Party is a mobile application of humorous quizzes created by the company Lior Levy.

The Application offers a free version and a paid version. To access the paid version, you must subscribe to a weekly subscription of €4.99 or a monthly subscription of €8.99 or an annual subscription of €49.99. Payment will be charged through your account on the download platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and will be automatically renewed unless you disable automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

We do not collect personal data without your consent. Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use your data to provide you with the services described below.

Dilemma Party ("We") takes your privacy seriously. We are committed to transparently processing the personal data concerning you ("Data") in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and ensuring its confidentiality and security.

This version is dated 11/12/2023. It may be updated from time to time, in which case you will be notified directly on our application. Any access to and use of the Site after being notified of the modification implies your adherence to said modifications.

• In this context, we use the services of the company Heroku for hosting.

• Any third party to whom we have received an order or obligation to disclose your Data due to a court order or from a governmental authority.
