These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the Find Myself application, published by Mission Du Jour. By using our application ("Application"), you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Application.
Find Myself is an application that allows users to search for public images matching a photo provided by the user using a facial recognition algorithm. These Terms govern the use of this Application, as well as the rights and obligations of users.
Access to Find Myself is strictly reserved for users 18 years of age and older. By accepting these Terms, you declare that you are of legal age. Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate suspension of your account.
The user agrees to use the Application only to perform searches on their own photos or on photos of people who have given their explicit consent. The use of photos of other people without their agreement is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in suspension or banning from the Application without notice.
Our algorithm is designed to detect minor faces. If a photo of a minor is detected, no results will be provided to protect children's privacy. Any attempt to use the application with photos of minors constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in penalties, including banning from the Application.
The use of Find Myself is subject to a payment model:
Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play platforms. No refunds will be made for payments already made, in accordance with our General Terms of Sale.
