These Terms of Use define how to use the Iori Flashcard app, published by Mission du Jour SAS, 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris.

1. Purpose

Iori Flashcard is a mobile application that enables language learning through a flashcard system.

2. Access and use

• Free version: limited access to 25 flashcards every 12 hours.
• Paid version (Premium subscription): unlimited access to flashcards and premium features.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat, which relies on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Prices and subscription terms are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription directly in your Apple or Google account settings.
• No refunds are possible for a subscription period that has already started, unless required by law.
