These Terms of Use define the conditions for using the Anna : Sign Language app, published by Mission du Jour SAS, 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France.

1. Purpose

Anna : Sign Language is a mobile application designed for learning sign languages, including American Sign Language (ASL), French Sign Language (LSF), and Irish Sign Language (ISL). The app provides courses, lessons, exercises, a sign dictionary, and progress tracking features.

2. Access and use

• Free version: limited access to free course content and dictionary features.
• Premium subscription: unlimited access to all courses, lessons, exercises, and dictionary features.

3. Account creation and authentication

• An account is required to use the app.
• Authentication is performed via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email and any access to your account.
• You must provide a valid email address. Any account created with a fraudulent or inaccessible email may be suspended or deleted.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Subscriptions are managed via Adapty, which relies on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
